攜手合作創新局：八芝連館際合作組織十周年慶
(中央社訊息服務20080121 17:13:08台北)台北市有七所大學及一所醫院圖書館，因為地理位置多在士林一帶就近組成「八芝連館際合作組織」，其名來自舊時平埔族稱此區域為PATTSIRAN，民國87年1月13日成立時，首開國內區域性館際合作組織之風，原創時期只有中國文化大學、東吳大學、陽明大學、銘傳大學、實踐大學五個大學圖書館，民國93年再加入大同大學、德明財經科技大學及台北榮總醫院三個圖書館，「八芝連館際合作組織」成立至今已滿10年，共計八所圖書館參與。除交換借書証免費提供所屬大學的師生圖書互借、開放各館設施資源共享的項目外，組織內的工作經費都來自館長們的熱心自籌，以多元方式經營合作交流，由各成員館輪流辦理「館長會議」、「參訪」、「專題演講」、「館員實務座談」、「主題圖書輪展」等活動，充份展露出圖書館領域的工作者無私、熱心、創異的特質。
97年1月23日在陽明大學舉辦「97年度第一次八芝連館長會議及十周年慶」，會中創始人之一的實踐大學蔡清隆館長回顧八芝連，現任召集人德明財經科技大學陳維華館長報告近二年工作成果，並由當天與會的其他會員大同大學陳克紹館長、中國文化大學圖書館梁恆正館長、陳碧蓉前館長、東吳大學圖書館丁原基館長、陽明大學圖書館吳肖琪館長、蔡文城教授、銘傳大學圖書館何祖鳳館長、台北榮總醫院圖書館胡豫湘館長及卓玉聰前館長共同切下十周年的生日蛋糕，祝八芝連生日快樂。會後位於士林仰德大道的台灣神學院張賢淑館長安排了參訪該校及圖書館行程。
